The location was excellent, adjacent to the Cathedral and Palace. Staff were very friendly and cute. The bathroom was newly refurbished and excellent. The rooftop terrace provided a fantastic view and a great spot for breakfast or drinks. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary drink upon arrival. Good size bathroom and shower. Enjoyed reading about the building's history.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. The service and breakfast were excellent, and the coffee was amazing! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the option to store our baggage after check-out so we could explore the city without carrying our bags. The hotel offered great value for a 4-star establishment. We will definitely be returning.
We felt very welcomed, with no complaints at all.

We loved staying here! The location is ideal, nestled in a charming square with orange trees, it's very peaceful at night. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we even got a complimentary drink in the rooftop bar which had amazing views. The room was great too, with a spotless bathroom and a super cozy bed.
This hotel exceeded our expectations with the quality of service, great location, and comfortable rooms. We also loved the terrace and its stunning views of the surrounding area.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few steps away from the main attractions in the heart of the city. It was great being able to explore the city on foot without having to worry about transportation. the hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace with an awesome view.
One thing that could have been better was the breakfast. For the price, I expected a wider variety of options and more authentic local dishes.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the hotel's facilities, such as a rooftop terrace with stunning views.
One downside is that the balcony size may not meet some visitors' expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was veryvery comfy and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cozy roof terrace with a bar where breakfast was served. The view of the cathedral from the terrace was excellent. The location was perfect, right next to the main attractions in the Santa Cruz district and just a few steps away from the cathedral.
There was nothing I didn't like.
