Hotel Palacio Alcazar Seville

The location was excellent, adjacent to the Cathedral and Palace. Staff were very friendly and cute. The bathroom was newly refurbished and excellent. The rooftop terrace provided a fantastic view and a great spot for breakfast or drinks. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary drink upon arrival. Good size bathroom and shower. Enjoyed reading about the building's history.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. The service and breakfast were excellent, and the coffee was amazing! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the option to store our baggage after check-out so we could explore the city without carrying our bags. The hotel offered great value for a 4-star establishment. We will definitely be returning.

Great location near famous attractions, with amazing views from the room and terrace. The hotel staff, especially Elena at the front desk, was helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious.

We loved staying here! The location is ideal, nestled in a charming square with orange trees, it's very peaceful at night. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we even got a complimentary drink in the rooftop bar which had amazing views. The room was great too, with a spotless bathroom and a super cozy bed.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the hotel's facilities, such as a rooftop terrace with stunning views.

One downside is that the balcony size may not meet some visitors' expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was veryvery comfy and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cozy roof terrace with a bar where breakfast was served. The view of the cathedral from the terrace was excellent. The location was perfect, right next to the main attractions in the Santa Cruz district and just a few steps away from the cathedral.

There was nothing I didn't like.
